1. Guarantee of Diagnostic Accuracy We guarantee that all diagnostic tests are performed in accordance with our stringent, internally validated protocols and the highest industry standards, as evidenced by our full accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and our certification under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). We guarantee that every result is reviewed and verified before it is released.
2. Guarantee of Turnaround Time (TAT) We publish a clear Turnaround Time for each test we offer. We guarantee that we will meet or beat the stated TAT for at least 95% of all tests received. In the event of an unavoidable delay (e.g., need for confirmatory testing, equipment maintenance), we guarantee our Client Services team will proactively communicate the delay and provide an updated expected completion time.
3. Guarantee of Pathologist Accessibility We guarantee that our clients have direct access to our team of board-certified pathologists for consultation on test selection, result interpretation, and complex cases. We guarantee that a request for a pathologist consultation during normal business hours will be returned within four (4) hours.
4. Guarantee of Specimen Integrity We guarantee that our provided specimen collection kits are sterile and appropriate for the test ordered. We guarantee that our dedicated courier service will transport your specimens in a secure, temperature-controlled environment to ensure their integrity upon arrival at our laboratory.
5. Guarantee of Confidentiality We guarantee that all client information and patient Protected Health Information (PHI) will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and protected by robust security measures in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
